We don't always get to choose what we love

Never pretend to a love which you do not actually feel, for love is not ours to command

To be brave is to love someone unconditionally, without expecting anything in return. To just give. That takes courage, because we don't want to fall on our faces or leave ourselves open to hurt

The most precious gift we can offer others is our presence. When mindfulness embraces those we love, they will bloom like flowers
