Latest activity, pegi konsert Maher Zain on 26th Feb, tp disebabkan xdpt nak shoot gambo MZ dekat2 dgn kamera cabuk aku itu...so xde mood laaa haku nak update psl tu....

And my boring life become more miserable sometime still searching as wat I am, can get sick and insane after all...when the mood is ready and have exciting story baru laaa wat post baru, so far still confuse nak pilih mane yg terbaik.....hoping and waiting...

Current obsession

Actually, dari dulu lagi obses dgn berat badan. Kalau x silap dpt merasa bdn kurus mase umo 12thn je kot. Start form 1, melantak nasi kawah sampai lerr ke form 5. Tiap2 bulan bekal makanan dlm almari dan tepi katil teramat laa mencukupi. Walaupun tiap2 tahun aku wakil skolah main bola jaring dan bola baling.

Bila masuk Uni plak, tahun pertama tu mkn tak igt waktu, tgh mlm pun sanggup pi mkn berger tekno kat blakang umah, dlm 2 thn gak menternak lemak. Dah nak dekat2 final year tu baru laaa tersedar diri kejap dan cube utk kuruskan badan, dgn pil2 kurus isshh berkotak2 jugak lerr dah ku telan.

At last decide not to used it anymore sbb xde kesan pun, so buat cara sendiri, makan buah for bfast & dinner, time lunch tapau mee sup, 2 minggu jerk aku tapau kat kedai yg same, masuk minggu ke 3 aku xyah ckp ape2 dah, angguk jerk die dah tau ape aku nak....dan totally berjaya jugak losing the weight dan dicampur plak dgn kegagalan dlm percintaan so kire alasan utk tidak membalas dendam dgn menternak semula lemak2.

Dah abis blajo, aku tanam anggur 3 bulan then keje kat Muadzam, duk dgn mak ayah yang mane makanan sentiasa cukup dan berat badan naik mendadak smpi 65kg dlm mase 1 1/2 thn huhuhu...time tu makan gak lg pil2 kurus ni tp mcm bese laa kan, xde efek pun kalu dah mkn pun x control.

Then dpt plak keje kat Cyberjaya, jauh dr mak ayah dan berusaha utk losing the weight again, ntah kali ke berapa lerr kan. Try guna Herbalife selama 3 bulan dan berjaya kurangkan 8kg, tp disebabkan harga yang tersgt laaa x mampu dgn gaji yg kecik ni, aku decided to stop dan kesannye bdn naik mendadak ke 60kg huhuhu, dah hantu makan, suke makan dan slalu jerk makan.

Pastu, nak losing weight smpi pegi Mayfair tp x abis pun session die aku dah malas nak pegi. Sebulan buat same jerk, mkn kena control jugak, kan aku ske mkn2 huhuh...dan selepas itu bermula laaa jinak2 main badminton, siang mlm pagi ptg ade jerk court kosong mesti turun. Di samping tu gak mengurangkan pengambilan nasi ade gak dlm sebulan tu 4-5 kali jerk mkn nasik. Tapi coklat dan asam tetap x leh tinggal. Dan berjaya turunkan berat smpi 53kg, baru jerk beberapa bulan lepas wuuaaaaaaa!!!!! sedih btul laaaa, skang ni dah naik smule dan kena berazam nak turunkan dan maintain. jgn naik pastu turun pastu naik balik, mcm yoyo dah, penat btul.

Harapnye berjaya la pasni, bosan arr asik gemuk jerk yang lame, yg kurus nye kejap jerk....

Dulu-dulu time mude remaja penah lerrr merasa coconut shake ni, and for ur info mmg haku antu gak dgn coconut shake ni. Kat sini aku penah jumpe pasar mlm Putrajaya kdg ade kdg xde. Tak sangka plak ari ni de special delivery this shake from Klebang itself. 

Thank u bebnyk kerana sanggup meredah jalan dan hantar straight away to my house...sgt2 lerr terharu. Bersyukur sgt2 sbb dikelilingi oleh org2 yang amik berat. Walaupun xde pertalian keluarga, cume saudara sesama Islam, harapnye persahabatan berkekalan. THANKS...
